Mallusk F.C. is a football team based in Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland, established in 2022. It comprises two teams: the Over 35’s and the Over 40’s. These teams play in a mental health league dedicated to promoting men’s mental health. Mallusk F.C. has been actively engaged in the community, supporting various charitable causes over the past two years. They have raised funds for community defibrillators and provided support for adults with severe learning disabilities. Through their activities, the teams actively promote mental health awareness and well-being.
