MANAGING DIRECTOR
JEFF BOTHWELL, M.I.P.S.A
Jeff is a security management professional with over 35 years’ experience in managing the delivery of security services to clients across the UK. This experience extends to managing security companies with a multi-million-pound turnover and more than 250 employees.
While serving as managing director and owner of BritSec Security, Jeff directed all operational aspects of the company while providing leadership to personnel and overseeing financial processes. Jeff has been an active member of the International Professional Security Association for 30 years, a relationship he is very proud of.
Whilst working full time within the security industry throughout, Jeff developed his community initiatives further with the purchase of Harlow Town Football Club, where he served as Chief Executive Officer and majority shareholder for 16 years.

We are absolutely delighted to have Steve on our senior management team. With a career entrenched in the legal world and law enforcement, he brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our organisation. His strengths in practice management, financial control, and training have been honed through years of dedicated service in the legal world. Prior to this Steve’s enjoyable career, he served as an officer within the Metropolitan Police Force, London.
Steve’s commitment to excellence extends beyond his professional endeavours. He is deeply engaged in community initiatives, advocating for noble causes, and actively participating in projects such as the establishment of a community football stadium.
His dedication to our community plan reflects his belief in the importance of exploring, engaging, and implementing support for organisations and individuals within our community. His collaborative spirit and advocacy with local and senior government officials further exemplify his commitment to effecting positive change.

IMRAN KHAN
Imran has been operating within the security industry for 25+ years, initially engaged as a security officer within the corporate sector.
Constant training and personal development have seen Imran climb the promotional ladder in order to obtain his ultimate objective: to be both recognised and respected as an authority within the security Industry.
Imran joined us over two years ago, coming from a highly respected national security company. His knowledge and experience have proven to be a valuable asset to our company.
Whilst directing and managing the daily activities of the Metropolitan operations, typically through subordinate operations managers, Imran uses the best of his skills and dedication to implement company policies, procedures, and initiatives. His primary responsibility is ensuring that Metropolitan operations run smoothly and on time.
Imran works with people, core operations, budgets, service delivery, and company strategy, all while being responsible for engaging and developing team members. Imran reports and works directly with our Managing Director.

After more than 30 years of excelling and perfecting this demanding role, with more than 20 years with our company, Hammed has stepped up to undertake the deployment and intense training of our newest recruits. Being an accomplished concierge takes many years to reach this level.
