With over 35 years of hands-on experience in the UK security sector, Jeff Bothwell is a seasoned professional in managing the delivery of high-level security services across a broad client base. His expertise includes leading operations for multi-million-pound security companies and managing teams of over 250 personnel.
As the former Managing Director and owner of BritSec Security, Jeff was responsible for every operational aspect of the business—from strategic leadership and financial oversight to day-to-day personnel management. His focus on excellence, accountability, and integrity earned him a strong reputation in the industry.
Jeff is a proud 30-year member of the International Professional Security Association (IPSA), reflecting his long-standing commitment to professional standards and industry best practices.
Outside of his corporate responsibilities, Jeff has a deep-rooted passion for community development. He was the CEO and majority shareholder of Harlow Town Football Club for 16 years, where he dedicated himself to promoting grassroots football and youth engagement through sport.
